LabLink

Privacy Policy

LabLink is an internal tool used by authorised dispensary staff to look up cannabis package laboratory results in state track-and-trace systems.

What LabLink collects

Nothing. LabLink does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. There is no analytics, no telemetry, no advertising, and no external server of any kind. The developer cannot see what anyone looks up.

What LabLink stores on your computer

A small amount of your own working state, kept locally in your browser and never sent anywhere:

Removing the extension erases all of it.

What LabLink accesses

LabLink contacts only these two websites:

It uses the session you are already signed in to in your own browser. It does not ask for, store, or transmit your username or password. On those sites it reads package records and laboratory results for facilities your own account can already reach, and downloads certificate-of-analysis documents when you ask it to.

LabLink is read-only. It never creates, edits, submits, or deletes anything in those systems.

Permissions and why they exist

PermissionReason
storageSaves your theme, pins, view preferences, recent lookups, and store-access cache locally
sidePanelThe interface is a browser side panel
downloadsSaves a certificate of analysis when you click download
Access to the two sites aboveReads lab results and downloads certificates

Remote code

None. All code and fonts ship inside the extension package. Nothing is fetched and executed from elsewhere.

Who can use it

Distribution is limited to authorised staff who already hold credentials for the relevant state systems. The extension cannot grant access to anything those credentials do not already permit; the state system enforces access on every request.
